Today was the ground breaking of Duson’s latest subdivision Cane Place Subdivision. Earthwork, site development and site utilities will be completed by CSS. There will be two phases to the building process of a 28 acre plot of land along Toby Mouton Road which will end with 182 homes for the Duson community. The subdivision is conveniently located off of I-10 in Duson. Ragin Engineering planned out the logistics of the development, and the homes in this subdivision will be designed and built by D. H. Horton Homes. We are happy to develop and be a part of the growth in Duson, Louisiana. Duson Mayor Johnny Thibodeaux says he and the city council are endeavoring to “to better the quality of life for the people of Duson.”
